Hi I am Still Here !

It is so amazing how swiftly time goes by! I have not posted on here since August. My son started back with his home schooling in September it is very rewarding to be so involved in his learning, but it is also very time consuming. Also having a curious toddler running around, only adds to continuous movement leaving less and less time to just sit, contemplate and focus on other things personal to me.

What is new, well here we go. I started writing a devotional at the end of May. I strongly felt the Lord tugging at my heart to do so. So I went along and tried my hand at it. It is a thirty one day devotional. It is all based on my personal encounters with the Lord and how these encounters have affected and is still affecting my life. I have not published it as yet, but I am about to start the process of doing so. It will be interesting to see where this particular journey takes me. I have always loved expressing myself through words and the art of writing. God has been faithful to keep me inspired throughout this process, and I am just so...excited to see the finished product in print with a cover on it. My deepest desire is that this piece of work would inspire, and encourage others, but most of all, draw them closer to the one who loves them more than anything.
 I am so happy to be able to share through this devotional, how faithful my heavenly father has been to me. I get to declare his goodness and through this venue that declaration will go on long after I am no longer here. He is truly mine but most of all I am his.
I am sorry for the long absence. I hope you would continue to stop by and see what is going on here as well as, see what becomes of this devotional. Blessings to all!

Psalm 71:5-8, 14

New International Version (NIV)
For you have been my hope, Sovereign Lord,
    my confidence since my youth.
From birth I have relied on you;
    you brought me forth from my mother’s womb.
    I will ever praise you.
I have become a sign to many;
    you are my strong refuge.
My mouth is filled with your praise,
    declaring your splendor all day long.

14 As for me, I will always have hope;
    I will praise you more and more.
